Piatti semplici e gustosi da assaporare!

  • 200 g of milk chocolate
  • 70 g of butter
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 10 g of vanilla extract
  • 30 g of cocoa
  • 2 cold eggs just taken from the fridge


How don’t love brownies? To prepare these fantastic little sweets, start with melting chocolate and butter in a bowl over a hot-water bath. Then take bowl off, add sugar and whisk continuously. When the batter is smooth and even, pour it into a bigger bowl and start with adding one egg at the time, then sifted cocoa (always whisking). At this point also sift and add the flour, mix well. As the last thing, add vanilla and a pinch of salt. Spread batter into a previously prepared pan. The batter should be about 2 cm high. Bake at 170° for about 25 minutes, be careful so you don’t bake them too long otherwise they will become very dry. Leave them to cool and cut them into squares, decorate if you want. We suggest a simple whipped Frascheri cream swirl and maybe some fresh fruit.
