Frascheri S.p.A. has achieved the renewal of quality certification based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard on the 18/07/2019 for the production site in Bardineto and the distribution centre in Borghetto S.S..
Frascheri S.p.A. is pleased and proud to announce that they also have obtained the Food Safety Management System (SGSA) certification based on the requirements of the voluntary standard of ISO 22000 for the production site in Bardineto and the distribution centre in Borghetto S.S..
With reference to the strategical objectives outlined in the “Quality and Food safety Policy” document, Frascheri S.p.A. has implemented its Quality and food Management System, certified by Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A. (certificate ISO 9001 n° IT266348-1 and ISO 22000 n° IT 299626) in a perspective of continuous improvement and with the aim to strengthen the brand value.
Directly or indirectly, the standard ISO 22000 allows companies involved in the food chain
to precisely identify risks that they are exposed to and therefore manage them effectively. Two other essential aspects are prevention of accidents along the whole chain and verification of the adequacy of the regulation.
The need to cope with always more complicated market challenges, the need to keep pace with product’s quality development and reflections regarding the internal organisation’s dimensions (like production and commercial processes, roles and crucial expertise) have made it fundamental to analyse and update every workflow in order to obtain the Quality and Food Safety certificate.
The daily practice of both strategic and systematic processes in the company have been reconsidered due to the requirements of IOS 9001 and ISO 22000. This have led to aimed solutions of effectiveness and efficiency of the working process following quality principles and food safety.
